HEPAC installation accessories delivered to your worksite – 5 reasons why you should select Sejo’s container service

In addition to the container delivered to the worksite, Sejo’s service includes a comprehensive, customised selection of HEPAC piping supports and installation accessories. The container is also restocked regularly. With the service, you always have access to the necessary products, which helps you avoid unnecessary delays due to missing supplies.

Sejo has been offering its popular container service for three decades now in the capital area and the Turku region. The service is suitable for construction companies of all sizes that want to make their operations more efficient and to reduce the amount of material going to waste.

The container service has been tried and tested in a wide range of construction applications, including shopping centres, business and office premises and hospital facilities. It is ideal for both construction and renovation projects.

1. The HEPAC installation container service frees you to perform your core tasks

Sejo’s container service helps you save time as your employees can focus on actual construction work. They no longer need to procure, collect and organise supplies.

Access to the required products on the worksite is guaranteed and everyone knows where the supplies can be found. This helps speed up work and eliminate delays as there is no longer a need to look for products or wait for them to be delivered.

‘You can save time and effort as your project manager does not have to worry about the availability of piping supports or other accessories. Our container service professionals make sure that you always have the required supplies on the worksite.’ – Jari Viita, Sejo

2. Less waste with the container service

Sejo’s container service effectively reduces the amount of material going to waste, thereby also decreasing costs. Sejo reimburses its clients for unused products when the container is returned. For reimbursement, the products must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.

‘With the container service, products do not go to waste, even if they are taken out to the worksite and then placed back in the container. We reimburse all products that can be resold.’ – Jari Viita, Sejo

3. A customised supply container meets the worksite’s specific needs

The size of the container is determined on the basis of the scale of the project and the space available for it. Sejo’s product range encompasses 4,000 products, from which about 200 are typically selected for the container, depending on the worksite.

The number of products delivered with the container are rounded up in accordance with the package sizes. In our experience, the number of products in the container should slightly exceed the ordered volume in case the products are required in higher quantities than estimated. Excess products are reimbursed for, so no supplies are wasted.

4. The container service’s HEPAC installation accessories are of a good, consistent quality

At the beginning of the project, the container selection is submitted to the worksite management for approval. The selection only includes products of a good, consistent quality. This ensures the high quality of work on your construction site.

In case of a complaint, a uniform product range makes the origin of products easier to trace.

‘Products are supplied by a variety of manufacturers, but Sejo takes responsibility for all the products it delivers to its customers.’ – Jari Viita, Sejo

5. All HEPAC installation supplies from a single provider – easily and cost-efficiently

An assigned container manager visits the worksite at agreed intervals to ensure that the container remains appropriately stocked. These visits are free of charge.

Products are delivered to the container without freight charges. Products that are not on the original order list can also be ordered without additional freight costs.
